So when there is this much snow, what else can you do but open the back door and let the kids loose? They loved it. Played on the swing set even though it was COATED in ice. We also went sledding, but I left the camera behind. It was my first time ever on a sled and I decided not to put my digital baby in harm's way. The analog babies have snowsuits, the digital one does not.
In case you're wondering about the title of this post (since there are no cats in windowsills in any of the pics) it comes out of the lyrics of a song from one of my favorite shows, Pippin. The song is called "Corner of the Sky" and I have sang it as a lullaby to both of my children.

The kids do have some pretty strong opinions on their clothing. My daughter has informed me that she is Jack the Pumpkin King and she won't take that hat off. I think I might have raised 'em right...
