It was eerily quiet for 8:30am on a weekday around here. When I went outside to take these pictures, all I could hear was branches snapping every time the wind blew and a few stray tires spinning. People were trying to get out, with most of them giving up and going back inside. All I have today is a photo shoot with a local theatre company at 6pm, but I have a feeling rehearsal might be canceled.
These won't be chiming anytime soon.
I live on a very busy street, and it looks like this.

wow, those pictures are crazy...you guys could totally be living next door to us! I'm still not a big fan of winter, but I LOVE it when snow/ice turns the world into a glass palace!
